The UM Twister tool ensures that chips and dust are led up into the suction. That reduces the time required for cleaning of board and tool, while minimizing tool costs and downtime on the CNC centre.
The Twister features grooves in the body that ensure efficient suction while cooling down the tool, thus prolonging tool life. The tool is mounted in the Twister using a Hydro Chuck, resulting in high run-out tolerance. The UM Twister is popular with manufacturers of board furniture as well as small carpentries using CNC routers.
