Dough knives
Plain and circular dough knives are made of hardened alloy steel with special features for minimizing corrosion and optimizing the cutting properties.
The cutting geometry is optimized according to the cutting task, and the knives can e.g. be delivered with:
- plain cutting edge
- wavy cutting edge
- serration
- slits
- notches
